Details the terms of use, service guidelines,
and user responsibilities.
1. Connection Kickstart™ All Access – available internationally (outside of Ireland), designed as our main coaching programme launching 17th September 2025.
2. Connection Kickstart™ Coaching (Ireland only) – individual speech and language therapy coaching sessions for local clients.
3. Connection Kickstart™ Asia Pacific - in collaboration with The B Academy PH Inc. – training webinars, group coaching and courses for families residing in Asia Pacific territories
IMPORTANT: The Connection Kickstart™ approach relies heavily on reviewing video recordings of caregiver-child interactions. By accessing this service you are giving consent to you and your child being recorded, and to send your own video recordings securely to Carolyn, and that these recording will be used for the purposes of identifying strategies. Recordings will never be shared with any other party without written parent/guardian consent.
Please read the terms that apply to your programme carefully. The All Access programme terms are listed first, followed by Ireland-only terms and a link to access the Connection Kickstart™ Asia Pacific terms.
While Carolyn has a 30 year history as a speech and language therapist, the Connection Kickstart™ All Access Programme is not speech therapy as there is no formal assessment, diagnosis or treatment. The parent / caregiver is the client.
The programme teaches helpful strategies to support communication development and helps the parent / caregiver to utilise them effectively. Any improvement in a child’s communication is secondary to the learning and adaptations of the parent / caregiver.
The Connection Kickstart™ All Access Programme includes:
7 weekly coaching sessions (to be completed within your agreed timeframe)
Access to the parent community for discussion threads, Q&A sessions and resources such as self-paced courses and form downloads
‘Anytime’ support via Buzz app secure messaging including video uploads in advance of coaching sessions
The programme fee is discussed during your free consultation. Payment secures your place in the All Access programme.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within 30 days of payment, you may request a full refund by contacting [email protected].
Completion Bonus: If engaged in the full All Access route, clients may receive an agreed cashback amount, once all programme requirements are met (7 sessions attended weekly outside of school holidays, check-in forms completed, photo or video testimonial + LinkedIn recommendation considered, and 3 books purchased). This will only occur if fully discussed with you during your free consultation with Carolyn.
Missed Sessions: Sessions are sold as part of a complete package, not individually. Missed sessions are not refundable and disqualify clients from the completion bonus. Clients retain access to Q&A and resources regardless.
Instalment Plans: Clients choosing instalments remain liable for the full programme fee after the 30-day guarantee. If you still engage in the completion bonus, the maximum bonus is reduced if the programme is paid in instalments. This will be discussed with you at your free consultation.
Requests to pause or defer sessions may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Failure to complete the programme within the agreed timeframe forfeits the completion bonus eligibility.
All resources, recordings, and documents are for personal use only and may not be copied or shared.
International clients receive Stripe receipts for their own records.
Insurance claims outside Ireland are the responsibility of the client.
Sessions are delivered via Zoom unless otherwise stated. Clients are responsible for ensuring access to online services such as Zoom, Skool, and Buzz. Respectful conduct is expected in all communications.
Refunds are only available under the 30-day money-back guarantee or as part of the agreed completion bonus. No other refunds will be issued.
